PP: polypropylene. Odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It is one of the lightest resins commonly used. Excellent mechanical properties. Good heat resistance, continuous use temperature can reach ll0-120℃. Good chemical stability, except strong oxidant, and most chemicals do not react.
Water resistance is particularly good. Good electrical insulation. But easy aging, low temperature impact strength is poor. Application fields are used in the production of injection molding products, film, pipe, plate, fiber, coating, etc. Widely used in household appliances, automotive, chemical, construction, light industry and other fields.
PET is a milky white or yellowish, highly crystalline polymer with a smooth, glossy surface. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, and can be used for a long time at 120℃. It has excellent electrical insulation. Even at high temperature and high frequency, it has good electrical properties, but poor corona resistance, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability.
